CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Cream together the shortening and 1/2 cup sugar. Add the eggs and sour cream; beat well. Sift in flour mixed with baking powder, salt and soda. Beat again. Put half the batter in a greased 9-inch round pan.

Mix together the cinnamon and remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Sprinkle half the cinnamon-sugar mixture over batter. Add second half of the batter and sprinkle on the rest of the cinnamon-sugar. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 45 minutes.
