JALAPENO CREAM CHEESE POPPERS 
Fresh jalapeno peppers
flour
cream cheese
House Autry hushpuppy mix

Slice fresh jalapeno peppers into 1/2 or 1 inch sections, depending on how thick you want them. Remove seeds. Stuff each pepper with cream cheese. Dredge all sections of peppers in flour.

Mix up the hushpuppy mix (I use House Autry) but use a little less water because it will be too thick. You want this to cover the peppers and not run off. Set deep fryer to 400°F. Deep fry until golden brown.

They come out crispy and absolute delicious!
