SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. garlic, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato paste
1 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
1 pt. tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. Italian seasonings
1 tbsp. basil
Pinch of sage
2 to 3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 bay leaf
2 (10 3/4) cans of water
1/2 to 1 c. red wine
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

Brown beef and drain. Mix together rest of above except mushrooms. Add mushrooms about 1/2 hour before serving. Simmer for at least 1 to 3 hours.
