PRIZE WINNING CHILI 
3 lbs. meat (beef or venison or both)
4 buds garlic, chopped fine
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chili pepper pods
1 tsp. cumino
2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can tomatoes

Brown meat, garlic and onion. Add chili powder, black pepper, chili pepper pods, cumino, salt and tomatoes. Simmer these for about 20 minutes. Brown 3 tablespoons flour in skillet to make a light tan color. Sprinkle flour into chili to thicken and let cook for a few more minutes.
