POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes (OreIda)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. sour cream

Mix all together - put in 4 quart baking dish - over top spread 2 cups cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 10-12.
