CHRISTMAS QUICHE 
1 1/2 c. Half and Half
4 eggs
1 c. (4 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. green onion, sliced
1 tsp. dried parsley
Pinch of nutmeg
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
5 slices bacon, cooked
5 links sausage, cooked

Line 9-inch pan with pastry crust. Toss cheese with flour. Add onion, parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Sprinkle on shell. Whisk eggs and Half and Half; pour over cheese mixture.

Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Place bacon and sausage on top; bake an additional 10 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
