UPSIDE DOWN CHOCOLATE PUDDING | |
1 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cocoa, rounded 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. nuts Sift dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and spread in well greased 8 x 8 x 2 pan. Sprinkle the following mixture on top: 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 rounded tablespoon cocoa, and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Cover with 1 cup cold water and bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes. |
