Bring to full boil:

1 c. white sugar
1 c. white syrup

Remove from heat and add:

1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. peanut butter

Stir in:

6 c. Special K cereal

Spread in 9x13x2 inch ungreased pan. Frost with 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butterscotch chips melted together. Cut into bars while still warm.
