FRITO CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts or 1 whole can chicken
1 c. stock
1 sm. onion, chopped
Dash of garlic salt
1 pkg. Fritos
1 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can enchilada soup
1/4 c. canned, chopped chili

Cook chicken. Remove from bone. Cut into small pieces. Mix chicken, sauce, soup, onion, chili, and garlic salt. Grease casserole dish. Pour mixture into it. Sprinkle cheese over top. Then add Fritos over cheese. Pour the cup of stock over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
