CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 med. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Bacon fat
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated American cheese
1 can corned beef
Dry bread crumbs

Fry onions and pepper slowly in bacon fat; do not brown. Cook noodles for 8 minutes; drain. Heat mushroom soup with cheese until cheese melts. Add onions, pepper, and noodles; add corned beef. Toss lightly. Place in casserole; top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
