RAG MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3-4 tbsp. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 - 3/4 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients, add shortening and cut into flour mixture; add milk. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Melt 1/2 stick butter. Spread onto dough. Sprinkle heavy with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Roll up and cut about 1 inch wide. Place in square pan of your choice. Bake for 20 minutes until brown at 450 degrees.

Glaze with your favorite vanilla icing.
