1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks butter
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter

Mix together well and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt together:

12 oz. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. water

Spread over the top.
