FAVORITE PORK TENDERLOIN 
2 to 3 pork tenderloins
1/2 c. bourbon
1/2 c. soy sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar

Marinate tenderloins overnight in mixture of bourbon, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until internal temperature is 185 degrees. Baste often.

SAUCE:

2/3 c. sour cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. vinegar

Heat all ingredients thoroughly and serve with tenderloins.

(Can be used cold as a sandwich spread.)
