CROCK-POT CHICKEN OR CHUCK ROAST 
1 lb. small carrots
2 to 3 stalks celery, cut in pieces
3 medium potatoes (or more), cut up
1 onion, cut up
salt
3 to 4 chicken breasts
1 to 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Spray inside of pot with cooking spray oil. Put carrots, celery, potatoes, onion and salt in bottom of pot. Lay chicken breasts on top. Pour chicken soup over top; makes gravy.

Chuck roast can be used in place of chicken. Use cream of mushroom soup for it.
