CORNY BREAD 
2 c. hot water
1/3 c. honey
1 c. cornmeal
1 tbsp. bulk yeast
2/3 c. melted fat
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Put hot water in large mixing bowl. Add fat, honey, salt and cornmeal, stir well. Add 1 cup flour, stir again. Stir until yeast is dissolved. Add remaining flour and knead 7 to 8 minutes. Put in bowl and let raise until double in bulk. Divide into four loaves. Raise again and bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
