SUNNY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
5 c. sliced potatoes
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. pimento strips

Coat potatoes with seasoned flour. Melt Velveeta cheese in milk; add green pepper, onion and pimento. Alternate layers of potatoes and cheese sauce in greased casserole (3 quart size). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes 4- 6 servings.
