SALMON LOAF 
1 lg. can salmon (approx. 14 3/4 oz.), drained & flaked
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee onion rings, crumbled
2 eggs
4 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix eggs, sour cream and lemon juice. Add salmon and onion rings. Pour into a 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
