1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased and floured 12 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
