TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In a small pan, bring to boil the butter, water and cocoa. Cream together sugar, eggs, sour cream. Add these mixtures alternately with the flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Frosting: Bring to boil butter, milk and cocoa. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
