COUNTRY STYLE VANILLA ICE CREAM 
1 whole egg
10 tbsp. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or white vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk

In large mixing bowl, beat egg until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beat until thickened. Add cream, vanilla and salt and mix thoroughly. Pour into ice cream maker container, add milk to line on container and stir well. Follow your ice cream maker instructions for proper freezing. Makes 4 delicious quarts.
