BROCCOLI & CREAM - STYLE CORN 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 2 c. fresh broccoli
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 can cream style corn
2 eggs, well beaten
Salt to taste
12 butter crackers, crumbled
1 tbsp. minced onion (opt.)
6 butter crackers, crumbled
1 tbsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli, drain and toss in 2 tablespoons butter. Add corn, beaten eggs, salt, 12 crackers, and onion. Place in casserole and top with mixture of 6 crumbled crackers and 1 tablespoon butter. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. (About 20 minutes.)
