COUNTRY STYLE VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 egg yolks
5 c. milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat eggs and add sugar until thick. Add whipping cream, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Add 5 cups milk or up to fill line. Freeze and eat.
