FILLETS OF SOLE, LORRAINE 
6 filets of sole
Tiny shrimp, peeled
Butter
Lemon juice

Roll filets around shrimp. Top each filet with a thin slice of lemon. Butter a baking dish fairly thickly with 1 tablespoon butter. Cover fish lightly with greased paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Squeeze additional lemon juice into dish and serve.
