PATTY'S HADDOCK OR FILLET OF
SOLE
 
Boston Schrod
Mayonnaise
Sour cream
Chopped onion
Dill

Mix mayonnaise and sour cream (half & half). Spread thickly on fish, chopped onion. Sprinkled on top. A little dill on top. Cook 10 minutes or rather 20 with schrod at 450 degrees, then under broiler if browning needed.
