HADDOCK FILLETS 
10 to 12 oz. Haddock
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Crisco
Flour
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
Salt

Scramble egg, add milk, mix, dip fillets in mixture, flour lightly and season with salt. Preheat butter and Crisco in skillet. Brown fillets over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn carefully halfway through cooking time.
