CALORIE - CUTTING ITALIAN
HADDOCK FILLETS
 
1 lb. frozen haddock fillets
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. water
1 c. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

To thaw frozen fish, place fish on a paper towel in microwave oven for 7-8 minutes. Remove fish, place fish in 8 x 8 x 2 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with basil and a little salt.

Combine onion, water and spaghetti sauce over fish. Cover with waxed paper. Micro cook 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Top with mozzarella cheese. Return and cook 30 seconds more. Makes 4 servings. Calories per serving: 180.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
