ROLLED HADDOCK FILLETS 
6 haddock fillets
butter
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. minced parsley
Salt and pepper
Hot water to moisten
Dressing

Salt haddock fillets; mix remaining ingredients; spread on fillets. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite egg sauce.
