SPARE RIBS 
1 lg. jar baby peaches
1/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. or 2 cloves garlic
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine above ingredients to make sauce. Salt and pepper ribs. Brown. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove fat.

Baste with sauce and decrease heat to 350 degrees, then bake 1 1/2 hours. Keep basting with remaining sauce.
