FROZEN FRUIT CUPS 
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed (do not drain)
4 lg. bananas, sliced
Juice of 1 lemon (2 tbsp.)
2 c. sugar
1 c. water

Combine all fruit in bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Place sugar and water in pan and boil until sugar is dissolved. Pour liquid over fruit and stir well. Spoon into cupcake holders in pan and freeze. Makes 24.

Great served with ham or turkey. This has become a tradition at our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
