FRUIT COCKTAIL PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Mix thoroughly. Beat 1 egg in bowl with fork. Mix with dry ingredients. Add 2 cups (fruit cocktail), drained well. Put in buttered dish or spray dish with Pam. Use 8 inch square pan or dish.

Sprinkle brown sugar sparingly on top, also sprinkle chopped pecans on top of sugar. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Can use other kinds of canned fruit such as pears, but drain well.
