1 c. shortening 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. flour 2 c. Rice Krispie 2 c. oatmeal 1 c. coconut 1. Mix as listed. 2. Roll into balls. 3. Flatten. 4. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees. |
