RANGER COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. coconuts
2 c. cornflakes
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend shortening and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Sift dry ingredients, then add and mix well. Add oats, cornflakes, and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
