FROZEN FRUIT CUP 
1 (16 oz.) frozen whole strawberries
1 (16 oz.) frozen peach slices
1 lg. can pineapples, crushed (sweetened in own juice)
5-7 bananas, sliced
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 c. orange juice

Mix all together and freeze in 5 ounce paper cups. Just take out of freezer. Thaw until slushy and eat. This makes 20 (1/2 cup) servings. It is great for dieters to use as their 1 fruit a day.
