FANTASTIC RIBS 
4 lb. pork spareribs
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tbsp. sugar
1 chopped hot jalapeno
2 mashed garlic cloves

Cut pork into serving pieces. Mix other ingredients and marinate ribs 4-5 hours in refrigerator, turning ribs often. Barbecue over medium coals 20 minutes, turning ribs often. Add 2 tablespoons honey to reserved marinade. Baste ribs and cook 20 minutes more, turning and basting often.
