FESTIVE ICE CREAM PIE | |
1 c. M & M candies 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. water 1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut 1 1/2 qts. peppermint ice cream In a saucepan, combine M & M candies, water and butter. Cover and heat slowly 10 minutes, stirring until smooth. Stir in coconut. Press against sides and bottom of a 9 inch pie pan. Chill. Scoop ice cream into shell. Freeze. Serves 7. |
