1/2 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 med. onion, chopped
2 slices cheese
Bread crumbs Italian style
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
2/3 c. celery, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped parsley
