ENCHILADA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
Longhorn cheese, shredded
1 onion, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 pkg. frozen tortillas
1 can chili with beans

Cook beef and onions until tender. Add chili. In a dish arrange layers of meat, tortillas and cheese. Dilute sauce with water until the consistency of gravy. Pour over the mixture and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
