OVEN BEEF STEW FOR 6 TO 8 
2-3 lbs. lean stew beef
Veggies
1 1/2 c. V-8 juice
1 1/2 c. Rose' wine
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put in casserole after mixing. Cover with foil. Bake 3 to 4 hours.

Can brown beef to remove some of fat first.

Carrots, potatoes, celery chunks, onion, green beans, etc.
