BANANA CREAM PIE 
2 c. coconut
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
2 bananas
1 c. sm. marshmallows
2 c. whipping cream

Melt butter and brown coconut in butter. Press in a 9-inch pie plate. Prepare pudding according to directions; decrease milk to 1 1/2 cups. Prepare whipped cream and chill.

Mix half of pudding with half of whipping cream. Pour in shell. Slice bananas over pie and sprinkle marshmallows. Spread remaining pudding and whipping cream over the top. Top with whipped cream and refrigerate.
