PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1/2 c. pine nuts
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. Italian sweet sausage
5 c. vegetables
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 1/4 lb. linguini, cooked
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Vegetables such as: Chinese snow peas, mushroom, string beans, zucchini, yellow squash, yellow-red-green peppers, cut bite-size.

Lightly brown pine nuts in 1 tablespoon oil. Drain. Melt butter and remaining oil over medium heat. Lower heat and saute garlic until soft. Cut sausage into bite-size pieces and saute until lightly brown. Add nuts and 5 cups of vegetables.

Lightly toss vegetables until tender. Add cream, basil and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are heated. Serve over hot pasta. Garnish with fresh basil, cheese and parsley. Serves 6-8.
