1/4 lb. each thinly sliced cooked ham, turkey and salami
1 c. (8 oz.) ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 tsp. Italian seasonings or 1 tsp. each oregano leaves and dry basil
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded provolone cheese
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion
1 tbsp. salad oil
Water

Thaw bread dough according to package directions. Cut meat into 1/2 inch strips. In a large bowl, mix together ricotta, egg, and Italian seasonings. Stir in meat, cheese and onion. On a floured board, roll bread dough into a 14 inch circle. Transfer onto a greased 14 x 17 inch baking sheet. Mound the cheese mixture on half of the circle. Cover with remaining dough. Moisten dough edges with water, fold edges over and crimp to seal. Prick top; brush with oil. (If made ahead, cover and chill up to 4 hours.) Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven until golden, 25 to 35 minutes. Cut into thick slices.
