1 (No. 2) can sliced pineapple 1 pkg. Jell-O (any flavor) 1 c. boiling water Pour off liquid from can of pineapple; replace with Jell-O made with boiling water. Chill until set. Run a little hot water on can sides and bottom to loosen. Cut bottom from can and use to push mold out or puncture to let air in so mold can be shaken out. Cut between pineapple slices and serve as salad or dessert. |
