WEDDING COOKIES 
1/2 lb. soft butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream together butter and sugar. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Roll in small balls and press flat with a fork. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. While still warm, can be rolled in sifted powdered sugar. Store in airtight container.
