2 pkgs. Knox unflavored gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 med. can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 angel food cake, broken into pieces
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
Coconut

Soften Knox gelatin in cold water. Add gelatin, sugar and lemon juice to boiling water. Cool until starting to set. Fold into 2 packages Dream Whip made according to package directions. Add pineapple, drained. Layer in pan with angel food cake pieces, ending with gelatin layer. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
