SOUR CREAM DEVIL'S FOOD CAKE 
3 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. coffee
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream (fresh or cultured)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook chocolate in coffee until thick. Set aside to cool. Beat eggs, sugar, sour cream - add cooked chocolate, soda, flour and salt. Beat well, add vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Use chocolate chip frosting.
