SCALLOPED CHICKEN 
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 chicken, cooked and boned or 1 can boned chicken
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 can chicken noodle soup
3 slices day old bread, cubed
Cracker crumbs

Beat egg; blend in soups. Add bread cubes and chicken. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with cracker crumbs which have been stirred in melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
