CRANBERRY-ORANGE RELISH 
Delicious with Thanksgiving turkey!

1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries (I use Ocean Spray)
1 medium orange
1/2 cup sugar (adjust as desired)

Slice unpeeled orange into eighths; remove seeds.

Place half the cranberries and half the orange pieces in a food processor container. Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange pieces. Stir in sugar to desired sweetness.

Store in refrigerator or freezer.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
