SUPER SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crab flakes or chunks
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
Lettuce leaves

Cut crab in half or shred. Combine with mayonnaise, celery and onion. Serve on lettuce or as a sandwich filling.
