FUDGE FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 6 ingredients in saucepan, stir and bring to a full rolling boil. Boil vigorously, stirring occasionally for at least 3 minutes. It must become thick and coat spoon. Remove from heat. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla. Let stand until it is of spreading consistency.
