FUDGE FROSTING 
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well: Cocoa, sugar, and salt; add butter and milk. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil 1 minute. Add vanilla.

Place pan in cold water and beat fudge. Frost cake immediately. Makes enough frosting for 9 x 13 cake.
